SHIPPING & RETURNS

UPS Delivery Status:

Freight: Our preferred ground carrier is UPS. If your order can be shipped more economically by truck/common carrier we will contact you to set up the arrangements.

Refunds, Claims, & Shortages: If you are not satisfied with your merchandise – a full refund minus shipping charges will be made provided the merchandise is returned within 7 days in its original packaging. No merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization. We cannot accept returns on decorated or washed garments under any circumstances. All claims for damages, shortages, must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
